When will the Ita bags be shipped?
This is the estimated timeline for production and shipping! Ita bags should be shipped to you around February of 2021.
-Mid November, 2020: Production begins (Estimated 1.5 - 2 months) -Early/Mid January 2021: Bags are finished and will begin to ship out to me (Estimated 30 days by sea to reduce shipping costs) -Early/Mid February: Bags arrive to me, quality check begins, then bags begin to ship to you around this time! I’m a one person team, so please give me 1-2 weeks to fulfill all orders! :)
I will continuously post updates on Kickstarter and Instagram if bags will arrive sooner/later than expected.

How will my package be shipped?
Everything will be shipped via USPS.
All Ita bags will be packaged in poly mailers/wrapped in bubble wrap for safety during transit. Orders containing just pins will be wrapped in a bubble mailer.

What are the sizes of the Ita bags?
-Size: Circular bags are approximately 12” height x 12” width x 4” depth. Vampire bag is approximately 13” height x 11.5” width x 4” depth -Material: Faux Vegan leather (Polyurethane leather) -Compartments: All bags include 1 main storage area and 1 front insert storage area for your pins. Storage compartments includes: 1 outside zipper pouch, 1 inside zipper pouch, 2 small pockets inside, 1 large pouch inside -Straps: All Ita bags can be converted to a backpack style or messenger style bag with adjustable straps. Attach to D-rings located on the sides and back of bags -Insert colors: Your pledge of any (1) Ita Bag will come with (1) unlocked insert color of your choice. Extra inserts can be added to your initial pledge or at the end of the campaign via the Backerkit pre-order shop

Local pickup for: Chicago, IL / Indianapolis, IN / Cincinnati, OH
Do you live near the Chicago suburbs, Indianapolis, IN, or Cincinnati, OH? If so, I have a local pickup option to save on shipping costs since I commute between these cities. I will contact you around January/February to arrange a date/time for pickup. Local pickup will only be $5 for the time/gas to meet in 1 of the 3 cities below.
-Pickup in Chicagoland area (Rosemont Convention Center where Anime Central is held) -Pickup in Indianapolis area (Indianapolis Convention Center where Indiana Comic Con is held) -Pickup in Cincinnati area (Duke Energy Convention Center where Cincinnati Comic Expo is held)

How long will the pre-order shop stay open?
The Backerkit pre-order shop will be open until the end of November to give everyone roughly about 2 weeks to select your items! Orders will lock after the 30th, and cards will be charged on December 1st for your items and shipping costs. If you need to update your shipping address at all, you can still do so up until February before the bags start to ship out! If you want to add anything onto your order after the Pre-order shop ends, please email me ([email protected])

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
