Ita Bag Pre-order Store Now Open!!

Hello everyone! 

For those who backed just the enamel pins during the Kickstarter, or came into the Backerkit pre-order shop for smaller items, I have shipped out your items today! You should have received a USPS tracking number in your email from Backerkit. Please let me know if you have not received your tracking number and I'd be happy to resend it to you.

For everyone else who pre-ordered one of the Ita bags, we are all on schedule to get your bags shipped out in late February! :) If you want to add anything else to your order that you forgot or want to share these bags with others, I have all ita bags and inserts available on my Etsy Shop. Just send me a message on there if you would like to combine your shipping!

Another quick note, there are just a few backers who have failed charges for shipping/Kickstarter items. Be sure to check your email if you haven't filled out your survey or submitted payment yet! Emails should be coming from Backerkit, so be sure to also check your spam folder just in case it went there by accident!

Hey everyone!! So far we have about 89% of all surveys filled out. So if you haven’t done so already, please fill out your surveys as soon as possible!!

If the last few surveys aren’t filled out, shipping will not be charged for those and I won’t be able to ship your rewards to you!! The Backerkit survey is the only place for me to collect your shipping information. Kickstarter doesn’t collect this info, so I won’t be able to import it from there! So just make sure your survey is all filled out :) If you’ve already filled out your survey, double check that your card on file is correct and that you have all the add-ons you may want with your reward!

Another update with the inserts, I went ahead and unlocked the additional holographic inserts for the ghost, cat, and eyeball bag (photos attached below). I’ll be ordering a very limited quantity of these, so make sure you add them at the Kickstarter price if you want them shipped with your bag! Any left over inserts will be in my Etsy Shop if you decide to change your mind later. ^_^

I’ll be locking the surveys on December 1st, which is when cards will be charged for your shipping and extra add-ons. Again, thank you so much everyone for bringing these bags to life with me! I’m so excited to get your bags to you all!! :)

Hello everyone!!

Thank you all who have filled out your surveys so far (about 88%!) Everyone still has about a week left to take the survey and/or make any changes to your order. ^_^ Now the exciting part of this announcement is that I finally received my sample bags in the mail!! I went out to a local skatepark in Chicago to take some cool pictures. Here's a sneak preview of what the bags look like with pins on the inserts~

I also had the chance to take pictures of all the bags with the various inserts. I went ahead and updated all the surveys and preorder shop with new photos in case you wanted to adjust your pledges! You can find your survey links in your email :) We also have a few extra inserts we can unlock including the holographic red + purple for the ghost/cat bags, and holo pink for the eyeball bag. 

There will be a few small changes such as the Black Cat bag having the nose, mouth, and whiskers screen printed dark gray instead of black to show off the face better. 

Another thing I noticed with the eyeball bag with the brown insert, it comes off as a more dark super holographic color under low indoor lighting. When the eyeball bag is outdoors, the brown shows through more. I haven't had a chance to take pictures on a bright sunny day just yet, so I assume it will be similar to the picture my manufacturer sent me (pics below). So just be aware that the holo brown insert can look a little different under different lighting conditions! ^_^

There is also a hot pink holographic insert for the eyeball bag, but it looks like that insert got separated from my package somehow. Here's a quick photoshop job I did showing what that would look like together:

So just a recap! You have roughly 1 week left to make any adjustments to your pledges/add-ons. All the surveys and preorder shop will have new photos. On December 1st I will lock all surveys/orders and cards will be charged for your shipping costs and additional add-ons if you choose. After that, I will be submitting the official count to my manufacturer for all the extra inserts we need to order. The bags are already in production, so we are all on schedule for those! ^_^
